The main entrance lobby of a 50000 sq ft office for the M & M tractor division was designed using a neutral colour palate and rough stone cladding on the walls, to give a mature look of a 70 yr old company known for its high business values and product quality.

The lobby opens into a showroom for the trademark red M&M tractors which are displayed against a contemporary bright green backdrop to represent the agricultural fields.

Offices on the upper floors were laid out in clusters based on the clients brief to improve communication and teamwork amongst the various departments. Colours and forms were incorporated in the design to break monotony and encourage dynamism and efficiency.
