HDFC Bank approached us with the need to incorporate a new workspace concept for their organization. The office is located in Airoli, Mumbai. Spread over 3 floors, the office measures approximately 160,000 sq.ft. The new Agile Workspace design had to be human centric and also address the sustainability and environmental concerns facing humanity.
Agile working is a workspace concept where workstation and storage spaces are not assigned to any individual employee. The workstations are flexible and can be booked through a workspace app, personal storage is available in Smart lockers which also can be booked through a mobile app. Introduction of these technologies and agile workplace design concepts has made space utilization more efficient, leading to reduction of real estate requirements, as more people can be accommodated in a smaller area.
- The project was also awarded the First Prize for "Innovation at the Workplace Award" at the Commercial Design Awards 2022.
- Anil Salian & Associates won the First prize : Gold Winner, at Geevees Awards organized by Godrej Locks for Category - Interior Commercial Projects (More than 3000 Sq.ft.).
